One of the things I love most is designing location specific pieces for unique interiors.
This piece, still unnamed, was designed to sit above a floating wall buffet in a modern, minimalistic interior.
My idea was that the piece should also appear to be 'floating' above the buffet. And, as I created, that airiness took on two aspects.
Firstly, the pieces are separately and invisibly fastened to the wall, so the metal art appears to float.
And secondly, the design is uplifting and circular, mimicking clouds in motion.
